Dr. Bakir is licensed to see patients residing in Illinois, California, New York, Florida, Indiana, Ohio, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, Washington, New Jersey, Texas, Wisconsin, Michigan, Nevada, Colorado, Connecticut, Maryland, and Arizona, as well as international patients where permitted.
Do you take insurance?
No. InfiniteHeart Health, PLLC is a direct-pay practice. We do not bill private insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, or any other third-party payor, and we do not issue superbills, submit claims, or otherwise participate in the insurance reimbursement process.
Working outside of insurance is what allows us to give you the time, testing, and continuity that plan rules often do not permit. Our programs are offered as a single, agreed-upon fee rather than individually billed visits — so there is no itemized claim to generate, and no per-visit charges or surprise bills. Your fee is agreed in writing up front and does not change. You will receive a receipt for every payment and a statement of amounts paid for your records.
Can I still use my insurance for anything?
Yes, for everything outside our practice. Labs, imaging, and prescriptions ordered by InfiniteHeart Health, PLLC can be run through your existing coverage at the facility or pharmacy of your choice, billed by them under their own contracts and subject to your plan's rules.
Can I use my HSA or FSA?
We accept HSA and FSA cards. Whether your program fee is an eligible expense is determined by IRS rules and your plan administrator, so please confirm with them before enrolling.
